About us
We at Kashta foundation are dedicated to the history of Ancient Nile Valley Civilization (3800 BC – 400 AD). We are made up of enthusiasts from different walks of life such as academia, historians, archeologists, entrepreneurs, photographers, documentary and filmmakers.
Kush reigned between 750 BC – 350 AD. Meroe was its administrative and economic capital, while Napata was its religious capital.
Here was born a conquering dynasty that reigned over the entire Nile valley, from the confluence of the two Niles, the blue and the white, in present-day Sudan, to the river delta on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and beyond.
Through programs and activities, we are presenting the ancient history of the Nile Valley Civilization.
